Join SoulCore leader Julie Parkins to nourish your mind, body, and soul through a prayer experience that combines the prayers of the rosary with core strengthening exercises, stretching and functional movement.
The meetings will take place every Tuesday from Feb. 24 - March 31 from 6:30-7:30 in the St. Pius X Gym.
Dress in comfortable clothing or sportswear, bring an exercise mat/soft towel, and water. If you are not able to do the physical motions, you are still welcome to join and pray the rosary!
