Giving Tree Thank You

From Pastoral Council members Heidi Best & Peggy Sturgeon, who are the primary organizers of our Advent Giving Tree:

As has become a Gesu tradition, our parish Giving Tree helped provide a merrier Christmas for many area families. The generosity our parishioners displays each year is incredible! 

This year, our Giving Tree provided 210 beautifully wrapped gifts for 15 Catholic Charities Project Bethlehem families. Most of the families we supported live in the La Posada Shelter either currently or in the very recent past. The total number of individuals we served was 50!

We received many thank-you cards from those we helped, all expressing gratitude for the gifts we provided and wishing us a blessed Christmas and Happy New Year.
